	I have been getting some mail that seems to implicate ISS and David
	Meltzer in some Phrack/SYNflooding/RealSecure evil marketing ploy...
	Let me state I *do not* have the whole story.  But I think I have
	enough to warrant me clearing up some issues...

	Dave had NOTHING to do with the SYN flooding whitepaper and code
	in Phrack 48.  Here's a clue: *Look at the author*...  Not Dave.
	Someone called daemon9 (who is that guy, anyway?).  The release
	of RealSecure and Phrack 48 are simply coincidental.  Project
	Neptune (the SYN flooding article in Phrack) was completed and
	ready for release in July (it just happened that the rest of
	Phrack 48 wasn't...)...

	Anyone with any questions regarding Phrack or Neptune is free
	to write me mail...
