The profile of the conference includes (but is not limited to): cryptography, computer security, access control, network and communication security, protocols, authentication, authorisation, intrusion detection, key management, database security, privacy evaluation and certification. INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS: Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts of original papers - not previously published or submitted in parallel for publication to any other conference or workshop that has proceedings. Submissions are limited to 10 single-spaced pages of 12pt type (title page and bibliography are not counted). Extended abstracts should begin with a succinct statement of the problem, the results achieved, their significance and a comparison with previous work. They should be written in a manner understandable to a non-specialist reader. Technical exposition directed to the specialist should follow. Submissions must be anonymous - names and affiliations of the authors should not be given in the extended abstract. Obvious references should be omitted. Submit your contributions to the Program chair: - electronically via e-mail (preferred option) or - by post - a short abstract may be submitted by Web, if less than one page. If submission is made electronically, one postscript copy of contributions is requested (names and affiliations must not be present in the postscript). The copy should be printable on standard laster writers. If the submission is via post, authors have to provide 7 (seven) copies. One copy should include authors' names and affiliations. The remaining 6 (six) copies must be anonymous.
